Payment & Shipping:

You can pay for your order for PayPal, (direct debit, credit card, etc.), Mollie, or by bank transfer. We ship to Germany and all countries within the European Union, as well as to many countries worldwide.

The following list provides an overview of shipping costs:

Shipping costs Germany:

We ship within Germany, including packaging, insured up to €500 via DHL for €7.50.

Shipping costs European Union:

As a package up to 2 kg, uninsured (at your own risk), €12.00.

As a package up to 2 kg, insured up to €500, €15.00.

Shipping costs United Kingdom or Switzerland:

The shipping costs for a package up to 2 kg, insured up to €500.00, are €26.90.

If you live in Switzerland, we can, of course, also ship to a delivery address in Germany; in this case, the same shipping costs apply as within Germany!

Shipping costs worldwide (Canada, USA, etc.):

Insured up to €500 as a package up to 3 kg for €29.00

Shipping damage:

Please inspect every shipment immediately for damage. If the package is damaged, torn, or repaired with the shipping company's tape, please report the damage to the delivery driver immediately. Please have the claim confirmed in writing. If you have any doubts or the delivery driver refuses to record the claim in writing (which is their responsibility), refuse to accept the package and contact us. We will then try to send you a replacement as quickly as possible. If the item is damaged, even if the package is still intact, please contact us before filing a claim.

Package service and delivery times:

We currently ship our items with DHL. Delivery to a Packstation in Germany is possible. Your order will be processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect delivery within 1 to 3 days via DHL within Germany and 4 to 6 days within the EU. Unfortunately, delivery may take longer during holidays.

We use the email address you provided for DHL shipment tracking. By placing your order, you consent to DHL sharing your email address for this purpose.
